How can you afford such a 100% commission Plan structure,
my current broker said that there is no way I can get 100% until I sell X number of properties to be even considered 100% commission?
We don’t want you to spoil your relationship with your existing broker but we can afford to pay you one hundred percent without any sales quotas or tricky employment terms. You will get paid like a

We do not provide a desk or office space for our agent but you're welcome to have one in your home or share an office with anyone you like. We don’t believe in the importance of the broker’s physical
office. Yes, traditional brokerage houses operate from a fancy office. However, with all the advantages the Internet and modern communication networks have to offer, we simply maintain a small office
needed for your support. You make your money in the field, and you spend your money and time in the broker’s office. Most productive agents operate from their home office; it has been proven to work
best for years.
Can you guarantee me that you will not charge me any

How do I get Paid?
You get paid directly out of escrow, in any manner you choose (i.e. mail to you, pickup, or wire to your bank by Title Company) All we need is a completed transaction file, and we will send a
Disbursement Authorization (CDA), and will instruct escrow to pay directly to you at closing.
Can I refer other agents to join you?
Yes, in fact, we will pay you a one time referred fee of $100 for each agent that join us. Refer as many agents as you’d like. Each Agent you referred, we will mail you a check for $100.
